Read our FAQ before you submit your list of the items you want to sell.
In the Frequently Asked Questions section of our Help Center, we provide information about the items we’re interested in buying in each category, and more importantly, we tell you what we’re not interested in buying. For example, if you’re selling textbooks, we won’t want them if they are missing pages or have water damage that causes the pages to stick together. If you’re selling CDs, we won’t want them unless they’re in their original jewel case with the original front and back artwork. Spending a little time with these FAQs will save you time and energy in the long run.

If you have multiple copies of items, we make it easier to sell them.
Have several copies of a certain book, CD, or video that you want to sell? No problem – just enter the UPC or ISBN number once, and then change the quantity field to reflect how many copies you’re selling.

Take up to 5 days to make your decision.
If when you receive our quote you’re not quite sure whether you want to sell certain items at the price we’re willing to pay, there is no need to decide immediately. Your quote is valid for up to five days, so you’ve got time to think it over. We want our customers to be happy, so we’re not trying to pressure you.
- If you decide not to sell us any items on your original list, you don’t have to enter all the information again. Just take the original Packing List we send you and draw a line through the items you’ve decided not to sell.
